Richard A. Kirk - President/CEO -

42 years in the Chemical Industry and a retiree of The Dow Chemical Company in Sales and Marketing after 30 years. Has a specialty in Chlor-Alkali products and various other core specialty chemical products and previously involved with entrepreneurial programs of establishing chemical distribution companies. Designer of a chemical software program for PI-NET, Inc. Graduate of NC A&T State University and has collaborative R&D partnerships in Nanotechnology with various Universities in North America. Affiliate of Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA., Nanotechnology (MIRC). Collaborative Arrangement with Math and Science Dept., University of West Georgia – Carrollton, GA.,Active involvement with "Outreach" programs for Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM). Richard is a Prolific Scientist and Inventor utilizing Physics in developing new innovative products under the Science of Nanotechnology.

Gary Fodor - Director/Advisor

Mr. Fodor has earned the professional designations Certified Business Appraiser from the IBA (1993) Institute of Business Appraisers and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the AIMR (1981). His primary focus is business appraisal project management, technical review and due diligence and expert witness testimony. Mr. Fodor has authored articles on valuation issues and lectures to professional groups and other organizations. In his career Mr. Fodor has been involved in over 500 cases with $1.5 billion in value. In 1996 he was appointed to the USPAP Issue Resources Panel of the Appraisal Standards Board which is an industry association authorized by Congress as the source for establishing appraisal industry ethics and practice standards. In 1999 Mr. Fodor was named the Southeast Regional Governor for the IBA in which he participates in conferences, seminars, meetings and other activities directed toward assisting financial professionals in mastering business appraisal skills. He also serves on the national Ethics Committee for the IBA.
